Westend Plazza already shaping up

Westend Plazza is becoming a reality at a great speed indeed! We’ve been monitoring the construction site closely, watching the business zone take its shape step by step!

The last part of the Westend business zone, Westend Plazza has already reached the stage of shell construction and the building is starting to show its true contours although the final inspection is not scheduled until next year.

The name ‘Westend Plazza’ was no coincidence – the central part of the block will include a courtyard with a fountain that will complete the urban feel of the Westend business boulevard. As a couple of interconnected buildings, T and Z will provide 33,000 square meters of office space, all offices equipped to the highest of contemporary standards in terms of technology. On top of this, there will also be a number of bicycle racks, which are designed to motivate our future leaseholders to use more eco-friendly means of transport, taking advantage of the convenient location of the business zone and the countryside that is at a stone’s throw.

The high quality of Westend Plazza has also been recognised internationally as the business zone has been selected out as a candidate for the seat of the prestigious European Medicines Agency (EMA). The final verdict is expected to be delivered in November this year, so let’s keep our fingers crossed! 😊
